Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to explain value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and drive upselling.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and improve lead quality.
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including some evenings if necessary.
