Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage and qualify inbound leads to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to track interactions, update customer data, and forecast sales performance.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and optimize lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting with a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
