Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business leads through high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Present product demos and tailored solutions to prospective clients to drive conversion and close deals.
- Maintain and update accurate records of all prospect interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine targeting strategies and improve lead quality.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product suite to effectively answer client inquiries and overcome objections.
- Participate in daily training and team huddles to stay aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in CRM software, specifically Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to prioritize high-value leads.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required for top performers.
