Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate our software solutions to potential clients, clearly articulating value propositions.
- Manage a pipeline of leads using CRM software (we provide training).
- Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and engage in consultative conversations.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Meet daily and weekly KPI targets regarding calls, emails, and demos scheduled.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize outreach campaigns.
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience is required; we value attitude and aptitude over pedigree.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional phone voice.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate web-based applications.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
