Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads effectively to ensure a high fit for our products and services.
- Present product demos and solution proposals to potential clients in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients using Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and outreach efforts.
- Follow up on leads promptly to convert interest into closed deals.
- Document all client interactions and sales activities accurately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong desire to learn sales techniques and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with CRM software (training provided).
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a hunger to succeed.
- Willingness to work full-time hours (Monday - Friday).
