Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Present our premium products/services to potential clients and overcome objections.
- Build and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to qualify leads and schedule appointments.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunger to succeed and earn commission.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
