Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to identify their needs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Manage a daily pipeline of leads using our CRM software (Salesforce) to track progress and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required).
