Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present product solutions to prospects via virtual demonstrations
- Exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining 30+ outbound calls daily
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track pipeline and forecast accurately
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead nurturing strategies
- Close deals with average deal size of $15,000+
- Participate in weekly sales training and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot CRM platforms
- Strong negotiation skills with consultative selling approach
- Excellent verbal/written communication and active listening abilities
- Self-motivated with demonstrated resilience in sales cycles
- Ability to work independently while thriving in team environments
