Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels
- Build rapport with prospects while articulating value propositions for our B2B solutions
- Collaborate with marketing and sales development teams to optimize lead conversion
- Document all interactions in Salesforce CRM and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic follow-up and objection handling
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance coaching sessions
- Analyze customer feedback to identify product improvement opportunities
Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with persuasive phone and email presence
