Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to qualified leads in the B2B sector.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities through cold calling and email outreach.
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to track interactions, update client data, and manage pipeline metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Customer Service.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Wichita, KS area.
