Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls and emails during the night shift.
- Identify and qualify potential leads to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive retention and upsells.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update customer data, and monitor sales performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies and product pitches.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong communication and active listening skills with a persuasive, results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and effectively during night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within the company.
