Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and contact potential clients via phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our services.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals while maintaining high profit margins.
- Manage and update the CRM system accurately to track prospect interactions and sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies and improve customer retention.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer acquisition.
- Must be available and willing to work the Night Shift (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM or similar).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk) is a plus but not required.
- Self-motivated, competitive nature, and a strong desire to earn uncapped commissions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
