Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling to qualified B2B leads in the Pacific Time Zone.
- Build rapport, identify decision-maker needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead qualification to closing deals.
- Utilize Salesforce and CRM software to track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to optimize conversion strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and high energy throughout the night shift.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B inside sales, cold calling, or lead generation.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on persuasion and active listening.
- Ability to work the Night Shift (typically 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM) consistently.
- Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of hitting quotas.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Resident of the Seattle, WA area.
