Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify high-intent leads through outbound calling and email campaigns during night shift hours.
- Build rapport with decision-makers in the Texas and Oklahoma business sectors to identify their specific needs.
- Present tailored solutions and product demonstrations that drive conversions and revenue growth.
- Effectively handle objections and negotiate contracts to close deals over the phone.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a 98% call compliance rate.
- Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track pipeline progress and update prospect data accurately.
- Collaborate with the success team to optimize scripts and strategies for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales or Outbound Sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and persuasively on the phone.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a hunger for uncapped earnings.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM or similar).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection if working remotely within the coverage area.
