As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to qualified leads in the local and regional market.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively handle objections to secure sales.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound leads within our CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure retention.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas consistently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaign performance.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (entry-level candidates with high motivation will be considered).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in a night shift environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Albuquerque, NM.
