Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify inbound leads during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
- Build rapport and close sales via phone, email, and virtual presentations
- Exceed monthly KPIs while maintaining 95%+ customer satisfaction scores
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document interactions and track pipeline metrics
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handoffs and follow-ups
- Participate in bi-weekly sales training and performance reviews
- Identify upsell opportunities to maximize account value
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with demonstrable track record
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets in commission-based roles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
