Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Build rapport with decision-makers and qualify prospects to determine their needs.
- Present product solutions and negotiate pricing to close sales.
- Manage and update customer data in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead targeting strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Handle inbound inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in B2B sales or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently during night hours.
- Proficiency with computer applications and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
