As a key member of our Inside Sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence through high-volume outbound calling and consultative selling.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through high-volume outbound calling campaigns.
- Present our premium products and services to potential clients with a focus on conversion.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
- Conduct needs analysis to recommend tailored solutions to business owners.
- Close deals over the phone with a professional, consultative approach.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Strong communication skills, persuasive nature, and resilience.
- Ability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and KPIs.
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a strong plus).
