Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate our premium services to prospective clients effectively.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software to track progress and metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas consistently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain a high Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills with a confident and persuasive speaking voice.
- Highly self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (optional).
