Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify high-value leads through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Present our premium products/services to prospective clients and address their specific needs.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure retention and drive upsells.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software to track progress and forecast revenue.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but we train our own.
- Strong desire to earn an uncapped income through commission.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced night shift environment (e.g., 10 PM - 7 AM).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience is highly desirable.
