Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound sales calls and emails to generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, assess customer needs, and present tailored solutions to drive revenue.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals and account onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and sales interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and optimize conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work the Night Shift (e.g., 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Account Management.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced environment.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM software.
- Software Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Attitude: Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
