Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to qualified leads in the Tampa area and beyond.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through professional communication.
- Present product demos and negotiate contracts to close sales and meet revenue targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to onboarding.
- Utilize CRM software to track progress, update data, and forecast revenue accurately.
- Collaborate with marketing and retention teams to optimize sales strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Telemarketing is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, persuasive phone voice, and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work the night shift (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM) consistently.
- Self-motivated with a hunger to hit and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
