As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, converting leads into loyal customers through consultative selling and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and lead qualification calls and emails.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads within our CRM system.
- Present product demonstrations and pricing structures to prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with the fulfillment and support teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets for calls, emails, and sales.
- Adapt to a dynamic sales environment with rapid product updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Service.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk).
- Must be available to work the Night Shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM or similar).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting sales targets.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
