Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Execute outbound sales campaigns to generate new business opportunities and close deals over the phone.
- Lead Qualification: Engage with inbound and outbound leads to qualify their needs and determine fit.
- CRM Management: Accurately record all interactions, activities, and deal stages in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Objection Handling: Professionally handle objections and negotiate pricing to close deals.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, B2B telemarketing, or customer success.
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM PST).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive phone voice.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of hitting sales targets.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating computer systems and CRM software.
