Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to qualified leads during night shift hours to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through effective communication and active listening.
- Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions that drive product adoption and revenue.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close sales agreements efficiently.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding and high retention rates.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Document all customer interactions and deal status accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
- Strong ability to work independently during night shifts (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM or similar).
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
