Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to qualified leads during night hours (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Manage a portfolio of leads using Salesforce and CRM software to track progress and follow-up.
- Build rapport with prospective clients to understand their needs, pain points, and business goals.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to drive conversions and close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and campaign strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas consistently.
- Document all customer interactions and deal status accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Success, or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar experience).
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work night shifts on a full-time basis with high energy levels.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
