Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to qualified leads in the Raleigh and Virginia markets.
- Qualify inbound leads and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through consistent follow-up and relationship building.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Accurately record all interactions and client data into the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, or telemarketing.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on active listening and persuasion.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (e.g., 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM or 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
- Self-motivated with a hunger to earn uncapped commissions.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
