Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify decision-makers, assessing their needs and pain points to determine fit.
- Demo Delivery: Schedule and deliver engaging product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Closing: Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close deals to meet and exceed monthly quotas.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with marketing teams to align on campaigns and strategies.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work the Night Shift (10 PM - 6 AM EST).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive tone.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in B2B Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Customer Success.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
