The Role:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the voice of our brand, connecting with potential clients through various channels to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to identify and qualify new leads.
- Demonstrate products and services to prospective clients, overcoming objections and closing deals.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and management teams to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate sales records.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Telemarketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
