Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients to determine their specific needs.
- Present product/service solutions effectively and overcome objections to move leads through the sales funnel.
- Close deals by negotiating pricing and securing contracts with high-intent prospects.
- Manage and update the CRM system with accurate prospecting and closing activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
- Strong work ethic, resilience, and ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.
- Ability to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST).
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup if working remotely.
