Responsibilities
- Initiate and conduct high-volume outbound calls to qualified leads during night shift hours.
- Identify and qualify prospect needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Build rapport and trust with clients to close sales and renew contracts.
- Accurately record all client interactions and deal status in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure seamless delivery.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work a flexible night shift schedule (e.g., 4 PM - 1 AM or 5 PM - 2 AM).
- Self-motivated with a hunger to succeed and earn commission.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn CRM software.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup.
