Responsibilities
- Generate Leads: Utilize various channels to generate high-quality leads and qualify prospects for the sales team.
- Conduct Calls: Execute outbound cold calls and emails to introduce our products/services to potential customers.
- Manage Inquiries: Handle incoming inquiries professionally, providing accurate information and scheduling demos.
- Close Deals: Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and drive revenue by closing sales over the phone.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in Salesforce/HubSpot and update customer data.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or telemarketing.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Work Hours: Ability to work the night shift (typically 5 PM - 2 AM or 6 PM - 3 AM).
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and driving revenue.
- Resilience: High resilience and the ability to handle rejection gracefully.
- Tools: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
