Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to qualified leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Effectively present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM software.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Identify and understand customer needs to tailor solutions effectively.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Ability to work night shift hours (e.g., 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM or similar).
- Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to exceed sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
