Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Build rapport with potential clients and demonstrate product expertise.
- Effectively handle objections and close sales to meet monthly revenue goals.
- Manage a daily call volume of 50+ contacts.
- Update customer data accurately in Salesforce and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead quality.
- Conduct product demos and provide exceptional customer service post-sale.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work the night shift (10 PM - 7 AM) consistently.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Self-motivated with a 'hunter' mentality.
