Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to qualified leads.
- Qualify leads and book appointments for senior sales executives.
- Demonstrate products/services and close sales over the phone in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently.
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
