Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound sales inquiries via phone and email with a professional and persuasive tone.
- Conduct product demonstrations and clearly articulate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure new business and maintain high win rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and market trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer success.
- Night shift availability (typically 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM or 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho preferred).
- Ability to work independently and self-manage in a remote or hybrid environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to stay motivated and productive during night hours.
