Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to prospective customers to meet sales quotas.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consultative selling.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into paying customers.
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service is preferred.
- Must be available to work a Night Shift schedule.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus).
- Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
