The Role:
As a Night Shift Inside Sales Rep, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients. You will manage inbound leads and execute outbound strategies to drive revenue growth during our peak business hours.
Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Generate new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and effective handling of inbound inquiries.
- Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and upselling.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions that meet client objectives.
- CRM Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and internal databases.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work the night shift (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM or similar).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Technology: Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Drive: Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed and earn commissions.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
