Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Qualify leads through active listening and consultative questioning.
- Present product demonstrations and service overviews to prospective clients.
- Close sales deals and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to payment.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work the night shift (varied shifts available).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a hunger for success.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
