Responsibilities
- Proactively contact and qualify leads via phone, email, and CRM systems during night hours.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Demonstrate products/services and address customer objections effectively.
- Book qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Update client data accurately in the company database.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn based on performance.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
