Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through strategic outreach.
- Qualify prospects, identify decision-makers, and understand client pain points.
- Present product solutions and negotiate pricing to close deals over the phone.
- Manage customer relationships post-sale to ensure retention and upselling.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/SAP) to track progress and update records accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM or similar).
- Strong communication skills with a focus on active listening and persuasion.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
