Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients via phone and email to identify business opportunities and qualify leads.
- Closing & Negotiation: Present product solutions, overcome objections, and close deals directly with end-users to meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, sales activities, and customer information in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Client Retention: Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, upsell additional services, and foster long-term partnerships.
- Market Analysis: Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on lead quality and product improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or account management (B2B experience preferred).
- Night Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work the evening shift (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM or similar).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive telephone manner.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
