Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify inbound sales leads via phone, email, and CRM systems.
- Consult with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Close sales deals over the phone, adhering to company scripts and sales methodologies.
- Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce or HubSpot, updating client statuses accurately.
- Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Document customer feedback and market trends to improve sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in inside sales or telemarketing (experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
