Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to generate new business leads.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs, present solutions, and overcome objections.
- Close sales deals and process orders accurately within the CRM system.
- Manage and maintain a daily activity log, including call notes and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine scripts and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or call center environments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a competitive drive to earn a high income.
- Availability to work a Night Shift schedule (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
