Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Execute high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns to identify and qualify potential new business leads.
- Client Consultation: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that drive sales.
- Deal Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales opportunities within the established quotas.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
- Follow-Up: Conduct thorough follow-up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on strategies and optimize performance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (typically 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM or 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a persuasive and professional phone voice.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
