Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound leads and outbound calls to generate new business opportunities and meet daily sales quotas.
- Present products and services to potential clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their unique needs and pain points.
- Process orders, prepare contracts, and manage customer accounts accurately within our CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with the day-shift sales team and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in Salesforce.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
- Mandatory: Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on active listening and rapport building.
- Proficient in using computer software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A self-starter with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant sales certification preferred.
