Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate qualified leads.
- Manage and nurture a daily pipeline of prospects using Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Present product demonstrations and value propositions to potential clients effectively.
- Handle inbound inquiries and transition leads through the sales cycle efficiently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaign performance.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Document all customer interactions and update account records accurately.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Experience working the night shift (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM or 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM) is required.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting sales targets.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
