Responsibilities
- Proactively contact prospective clients via phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services to meet those needs.
- Close sales by negotiating contracts, pricing, and delivery terms.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system (Salesforce).
- Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure smooth order processing.
- Participate in daily sales huddles and training sessions to refine sales techniques.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet quotas.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
