Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Daily Targets: Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly sales quotas through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Brand Representation: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the company's brand values and mission.
- Merchandising: Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Customer Service: Resolve inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive, welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and team members to achieve collective store goals and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with a diverse customer base.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Daily Pay Eligibility: Must be eligible for our daily pay program (varies by location).
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
