Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to generate new leads and book qualified meetings with decision-makers.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to accurately record interactions and manage the sales pipeline.
- Present product demonstrations and value propositions to prospective clients to overcome objections.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns and conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services and industry market trends.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing (Entry-level candidates with strong aptitude considered).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated with a 'hunter' mentality and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
